Riyadh – Mubasher: Northern Region Cement Company achieved a net profit after Zakat and tax worth SAR 18.35 million during the third quarter (Q3) of 2021, a year-on-year (YoY) decrease of 14% from SAR 21.43 million.

Sales shrank by 25.9% to SAR 128.1 million in Q3-21 from SAR 172.89 million in Q3-20, according to the initial financial results on Wednesday.

During the first nine months of 2021, the cement company logged net profits worth SAR 71.26 million, higher YoY by 12.9% than SAR 63.09 million.

Earnings per share went up to SAR 0.39 at the end of September 2021 from SAR 0.35 in the same period a year earlier.

Revenues decreased by 10% YoY to SAR 435.29 million in January-September 2021 from SAR 485.09 million.
